I wanted to share with you a heart wrenching book I recently read titled Something that Lasts by James David Jordan. It is about the consequences of infidelity and how it rips apart families but more importantly this book touches on family, faith and forgiveness over the generations. With how Hollywood seems to glamourize infidelity, Mr. Jordan did a very good job portraying the real consequences to such actions and the fact that the main character was a minister, shows us that no one is immune to temptation. This is a great read for anyone. The main message of faith and forgiveness is truly something every family needs to read about even if there is no infidelity.
